From the moment our team arrives to the moment they leave, here's exactly how a typical visit unfolds.
Your cleaner will arrive within the agreed time window — we'll send you a reminder the evening before and a notification when they're on their way. On first visits, your cleaner will introduce themselves and do a brief walkthrough of the property with you to confirm priorities and any areas of special attention.
We bring all our own professional-grade, eco-certified equipment and cleaning products — you don't need to provide anything unless you've requested we use specific products of your own. Our team will set up quietly and efficiently, keeping disruption to a minimum.
We work top-to-bottom and room-by-room following a detailed checklist tailored to your service. Kitchens and bathrooms always receive the most thorough attention. For regular visits, we maintain consistency so your home is cleaned the same way every time by the same trusted cleaner.
Once the clean is complete, your cleaner will do a final walkthrough to ensure every room meets our standards. On regular bookings, your cleaner will leave discreetly if you've opted for an unattended clean. Otherwise, they'll invite you to check everything over before they go.
You don't need to do much — that's what we're here for. But a few small things will help us deliver the very best results.
Pick up clothes, toys, paperwork, and personal items off floors and surfaces. We clean around objects, but clearing clutter means we can get to every corner — and you'll get a much more thorough clean.
Ensure dirty dishes are dealt with before we arrive. We clean your sink and worktops but we're not able to wash up or unload the dishwasher as part of a standard clean (we can add this as an extra — just ask).
If you won't be home, let us know how we'll access the property in advance — key safe, neighbour, or we can arrange a key holder service. Please also ensure there's parking available nearby for our team.
We love animals, but for the safety and comfort of both your pets and our team, please ensure pets are secured in a safe area while we clean. Some cleaning products, though eco-friendly, can be irritating if pets walk through them while wet.
If there are rooms or items you'd prefer we don't touch, surfaces needing special care, or any specific products you'd like us to use or avoid — let us know when you book or via your client portal. We note everything in your profile.
