How much does a regular home clean cost?+
Regular home cleaning starts from £45 per visit for a 1-bedroom property, rising with property size. Weekly and fortnightly bookings receive a discount. Use the price estimator on our homepage or call us for an exact quote.
Will I always get the same cleaner?+
Yes. For regular home cleaning we allocate the same cleaner to your property each time. If your regular cleaner is ever unavailable, we'll notify you in advance and arrange a vetted substitute.
Do I need to be home during the clean?+
No — many of our clients aren't home during their clean. We offer key holding so we can access your property securely. All our staff are fully DBS-checked, so you can feel confident leaving us to it.
Do you offer end of tenancy cleans with a guarantee?+
Yes. Our end of tenancy cleans come with a re-clean guarantee — if your letting agent or landlord raises any issues after our visit, we'll return and address them at no extra cost.
Can I book a one-off clean without committing to a regular service?+
Absolutely. There's no obligation to book a regular service. Many of our clients start with a one-off deep clean and then decide whether to continue on a regular basis. It's entirely up to you.
