3. How we collect your data

We collect personal data directly from you when you complete a form on our website, email us, or call us. Website forms are processed on our behalf by Netlify (see Section 6).

4. How we use your data and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• To provide and manage cleaning services where you become a client — on the basis of performance of a contract.
• To measure and improve our advertising (e.g. Google Ads conversion tracking) — on the basis of your consent, which you give via our cookie banner.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and quote data only for as long as necessary to respond to you and, where relevant, to manage our business relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are typically deleted within 12 months. Records relating to clients are retained for as long as required to fulfil the contract and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Netlify — hosts our website and processes form submissions so that your enquiry reaches us.
• Google — provides advertising and conversion measurement services (Google Ads), used only with your consent.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

We use Google Consent Mode, which keeps all advertising and analytics storage denied by default until you choose "Accept" on our cookie banner.
